The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and quit and comfortable the facilities inside the rooms are good, the restaurants are not far the shopping centres are not very far .

We booked an apartment for the wrong date without the right to change but from the hotel were so kind and let us come on the right date without charging. Beds are comfortable.

Excellent staff especially Afzal. Lovely spacious apartment on 10th floor. Very clean and well appointed. Great location across the road from 24 hr Carrefour and adjacent to Restaurant Street. The staff are very accommodating and kind. A great base in Kuwait.

Location is nice and very close to restaurants and shopping centres. The apartment was clean and A/C was so cooling.

The hotel apartments are fuss free. They are clean and spacious; not the Ritz but does the job. Very good value for the size of apartment and the location. A Carrefour across the road and Restaurant Street closeby. The staff are wonderful. Mr Afzal was so helpful and cooperative, changing my apartment to a better one and making sure I had everything I needed. I needed a base in a central location and this did the job nicely.
